I did it a couple years ago.

I do miss them sometimes, like now when I can't fully test the current disaster on Singularity.

So you admit to being out of touch with industry for years, and all your hurf and blurf about the changes is just more speculation on your part.

Carry on.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Velcro, nothing like detaching wingy bits in an enemies path while taking advantage of reduced mass to increase speed.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Hi-sec ganking adds nothing to industry but takes out of circulation large amounts of material and goods needed to be sent to the front lines of Sov and FW. When the flow is slowed or interupted, then Sov/FW pew pew slow downs. When Sov/FW pew pew slows down, Eve dies a little.

Hi sec gankers are not the life blood of the Eve economy, they are the death nell of it.

The Ore must flow!Twisted

Sorry, sweetie, but while you got close, it's like saying you're close to Rome when you're in Tokyo, just because it's a much smaller distance than is the Moon.

If minerals and ores become more lucrative, more people will begin to mine. If anything, really, gankers and the like keep prices artificially high for those who know how to not get ganked, not just because they're destroying resources, but because they're also scaring off others who might consider mining.

The 3 Ms that make this show run are now being boycotted.
All miners, manufacturers and marketers cease your activities immediately.
Go mission. Mission. Mission. Mission.

When the gankers LEAVE, or CCP WAKES UP, we'll then resume putting
those all-important goods on the shelves for player consumption.

UNTIL THEN, we have standings to raise, security status to raise,
and we can live off what we get doing that OTHER M - MISSIONING.

The boycott is up. Join, or be the author of your own demise - aid the gankers ganking YOU.

Good luck herding cats.

They make other things besides tape. Like the janitorial supplies that are... mediocre at best at cleaning.

Wait... which gankers is this guy talking about?

I've been doing logistics work for my corp for like 6 months, never been ganked once.

Honestly, unless you're moving Trit, Pyerite, or whole ships, you pretty much don't need cargospace on your freighter. Fit some tank modules and avoid Aufay and Uedama. Literally, you can make it so your autopilot never goes into those systems.

The ironic part is that many people in the NO are sitting on large stockpiles of blasters and other modules right now in anticipation of the next expansion. Please do go on strike. Just means that freighters full of stuff will be easier to gank for profit.

What to make of all these frenetic responses. "Just go ahead and do it. I dare yah." Whatever stockpiles people think they're sitting on will be depleted pretty fast. Whatever manufacturing goons think they have going is probably as exaggerated in their own minds as is the size of their....Blink

In the long run, the ones who just gank and shop and gank and shop will have the most FUN.

I say let's do it and see if all these epeens are as large as they say they are. Lay 'em out on the table and get the .... well, if I said "yardstick" I'd be thinkin' like a goon, no?

Except that single players in EvE can be entire corporations by themselves, so that point is a bit moot.

You know what, I won't be greedy, I'll cut you a deal. Give me a monthly allowance of 2 PLEX and I'll shut down my entire highsec operation. Sounds good to you?

It has nothing to do with the size of my hypothetical "Blink" as you put it. As an industrialist, PvPers, of all kinds, are my best friends, and I'd be willing to bet they're yours too. The constant destruction of ships is what keeps me in business, and rats are nowhere near as good at it as players.

That aside, I'm sure your boycott will go swell. It's a well known fact that every single player reads the forums. I can't think of a better way to spread the word.Roll
