Downloaded fine, did its thing fine.

Cannot drag it into the application folder to install. I get the circle with the diagonal slash while trying to drag it.

What is up with this?

if it's any help to the gm's/devs/whoever, when i try to drag and drop eve online into applications, applications doesn't appear as a folder but has the appearance of a white piece of plain paper. when i right click on applications and hit show info, it says it's locked, and if i double click on it, it opens up text edit...it seems that eve online is possibly not trying to install to the correct location??

Instead of dragging the EVE Onlin icon onto the blank Applications icon in the installer are you able to drag the EVE Online icon down onto your Applications folder located on the dock? You should be prompted to install the client.

If you encounter any issues relating to the client being damaged then please refer to the following post:

Please submit a ticket in the Technical category if you continue to encounter problems. If you could mention that you are using a Mac and also include your OS version it would be appreciated.

I got around this by installing a version from March 2013. installed fine, then the Launcher update did the rest.
