These small fellas needs to get the skillrequirement down a bit.
Currently they require Light Drone Operation I, Drones III.
That currently is 4 and a half hour of training (without Cerebral Accelerator booster, remaps or implants), which is longer than the Advanced Military Careers bonus time is, plus it's a really long train for a Career mission. I've seen serveral complaints in the Rookie Help Channel about it.
Making the requirement just Drones I would be fine.

Yes, this is very odd considering she gives you Drones 1 as a reward.

I believe this is a mistake from the drone skill rebalance. What I do not know if the devs plan to do anything about it. If not, it makes those on the tutorials lives a bit more difficult.
