So one of the things I have been noticing following around the various ganking corps in eve (keep it up, I have more stuff to sell!) is that they have ceased to use freighters for looting and moved to orcas and rookie ships

Apparently you can steal the orcas fleet hold worth of goods at a time and only the rookie ship(or whatever ship, but its typically a rookie) goes suspect
Despite the handoff of the suspect goods

So now some may not see this as a problem (read those who profit from it), others use it as it would be foolish not to

So I was thinking instead, looting had to pass through your ships cargo hold first

This way if they wish to get the ships or plastic wrap, they will have to risk a similar item to the tender mercies of the white knights nearby

The other and personally more favored of mine would be to require the orca set its safety to yellow before it can accept suspect donations
