I recently used the Bastion Module. And i under stand the concept behind the weapon timer for docking. But is it a type of Suspect timer? or am i free to use it without the worry of someone attacking?

It just stops you from docking or using star gates. It does not let other people shoot you without the usual consequences. (sec status hit, Concordoken, gate guns, ect...)

No suspect timer. It's just an annoying weapons timer. When I run missions I wait till the timer is about half over to warp to the gate. Otherwise you're stuck on the gate vulnerable to gankers while you wait out your timer.

annoying but necessary, as u would find station campers only using bastion marauders
