The problem is found. Connected by that fashion there are no rights, on installation of the files in subjects, downloaded from outside. Dragging фйлов in a subject manually and exposure of the rights to them helps

Patch including the fix for the "httpd server option" will be provided after the release of the new DB.

I was playing around with the mod before i took a break from eve.
