Fixed window across two of three monitors

I have a triple monitor setup total resolution is 5760x1080. Is there a way for me to set an eve client to 3840x1080 in fixed window mode without having to unplug monitors before starting eve? I want to have two clients side by side, one at 1920x1080 and one at 3840x1080.

if your card is ATI, you have to connect two of the monitors at the hardware level via Eyefinity. Not familiar with Nvidia stuff.
