I play, and have played with this person in the past. He mentioned on TS what he was doing. 3 people agreed and a 4th was too lazy to get on the forums (thus the compact response time). I don't particularly like the forums as I would rather just play EVE.

not sure who the governor is but i am unsure how you can see this still being a scam even with full collateral starting out truly i am just trying to start doing something i like. however i am open to other avenues assuming you have other legitimate ideas or suggestions that i could follow?
