Clarification of rule regarding transferring a character

Reason, I have an inactive account with some "one trick pony alts" that I would like to use, but don't wanna train on. So I would like to transfer one of my pvp characters to that account. But in order to do so I have to leave corp in order to re-join.

Would this make me unable to use that charter in the alliance tournament?
