Test Server Feedback

I recently wanted to connect to sisi to check on the new changes. Usually when i want to update my eve online client I will use the repair tool, after I used the repair tool I launch it using the exefile.exe in the Bin folder because my launcher is bugged and unable to launch properly. And when I do open the exefile, it tells me that a new version of eve online is available but I need to use the launcher in order to update to it, when I launch the launcher it gives me a exception window. This is rather annoying and I don't know how to fix it.
