Best ship/fit for ratting nullsec drone anomalies

I'm looking for the most efficient ship/fit to rat in drone sites in nullsec.

I'm doing it in a Drake right now and it's not bad ISK/minute, but I know I can do much better.

I like the idea of something long ranged so I can maximise DPS and not have to worry about fitting any tank.

I've heard the Oracle is good for that, but most of my skills are in Caldari/missiles.

Could I make a Raven work? Or, failing that, a Rokh?

I don't see why an MJD raven wouldn't work fine.
