As someone coming back to Eve after about a year off, where is a good place to start to try out incursions? I'm strictly a Gallente pilot.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Being only Gallente also leaves you either running logi with armor fleets or cross training for a Mach or Vindi while you squeak by in a Navy Megathron.
