Im looking to buy a mining alt and would like to have a good one.
Skill i must have:
T2 Crystals
Exumers V
Mining Barge V
Mining Frigate V
Mining Drone V
Prefer to have the ability to fly an Orca but it isnt necessary.
Mostly i just want a perfect refining miner with good support skills.
Budget is 20Bil
