No, It's the first sticky thread... anyone that browses the forum regularly or even opens it up should notice an updated sticky.
It also clearly says SiSi is going offline in the title.

The offer of free xp might convince some people to care. Not to mention they are doing a mirror to get normative price values for items to run the data against, which was mentioned in the sticky.
