Looks like a rounding error on the part of the display that you circled. What does EFT/Pyfa say about your fit? I recommend you use EFT/Pyfa to plan your fits, the in game fitting screen is terrible.

The lower metas (Limited/Upgraded) use 2 less CPU are sure you have always been fitting tech II?
