Covert Jump Portal Generation fuel usage

Post patch the amount of fuel used to bridge covert ops ships is not working as intended. Here are my repro steps:

Using a Redeemer with JFC 5 and bridging a unfit Viator:

Open bridged ( I used QPO to VFK )
Have Viator jump through the portal

Outcome: Fuel used is about 6k
Expected Outcome: Fuel used 1744

I also tried this with a T3 Strat Cruiser with same results.
