Has someone noticed how they may be cruising down a sloped road so no traction applies to the wheels? That adds further unstability to the vehicle.

The difference is this one is real. Doreen's link is obviously fake. One dead giveaway is that the tires on the road stop spinning for pretty much the whole trip.
