Why cant the Kronos do it as well?

I've seen more than one Kronos in armor incursion fleets, namely The Ditanian Fleet.

I too have noticed that armor groups tend to be far less elitist than shield groups.

We used that fleet once... And hopefully again soon.

To the topic at hand, kronos can be a great ship if fitted well. OIC is a great community, we have a great group and we have no issues with introducing people to incursions whether you are a young character or just trying something new. We have a channel and it should be in the incursion public directory. We can help with fitting advice and getting you started. TDF is another option.

Kronos is a great armor ship, for shields there are better options but in the long run cross training will benefit you greatly if you are gallente focussed the vindi is pretty much your target ship, also opens up machariel but large projectiles.

Seems like you just had a bad experience with one group, try a number of different groups to find where you'd feel comfortable. Some groups understand how to fit ships better than others and can be a bit more lenient on what they allow into their fleets.

Navy Mega are a really nice ship even in shield fleet.
