As it goes, I've got a data cap, and I'd verily much enjoy having the knowledge of how much the patch is going to run me data wise.

Jack, the patch is around 1.25 gigabytes. Since that is roughly double your data cap, you are more than welcome to contact Blue Majere of Pandemic Legion who is a whiz at data cap avoidance. His fees are quite reasonable.
