Eve UI bugged?

Had a mate shoot me with the new Gila.
I got the damagenotifications but shield and armor didn't seem to drop and I only noticed the real damage the Gila had inflicted till I had my mouse sitting on the UI.

Next ship I jumped in didn't have the Capacitor showing (Orange shizzle in the middle of the UI).

Could you please submit a bugreport right now, from within the client?
This is so I can get some logs from your session to see if there's something weird going on there.

Did you not submit it from within the client? I cannot see the important logs I need.
