Tool Tips, Annoyance or Good thing?

The first thing I do in any game is disable tutorial tooltips and that pop up help ****. If I want to know something in detail, I'll get the information my way. What we need is a new overview, not submenus online.

The expanded tool-tips are just in my way. In fact, at this juncture in the game, all the tool-tips are in my way. Over time, when you finally have memorized this stuff (it can happen), you'll see the same thing. I know what that "thing" is. I want to know what's behind the TOOL-TIP! GEEZ!

Toggle them off and on perhaps? That might be asking a lot. I'm not complaining, it's something I've just learned to live with, but since it's been brought up... o/ toggle tool-tips!

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

another day, another post in this thread. hopefully by August the Tool Tips will have an Off Button. CCP can even include it as a "Feature" in the Kronos update that will happen in July December.
