Hello, my experience in WH was quite limited when I entered my first WH and did not bring any probes to scan and forgot to bookmark the hole I came through and got stuck there.

Lost my ship while floating around trying to find the exit and my clone is not high enough to supplement my skill points since I forgot to upgrade it so self destruct is not an option that I'm willing to take.

The name of the WH is J212812 and I have two question regarding that, how often does it switch from one place to another and where are the exits as of now if anyone is willing to share the info

You're ****** unless someone finds it or the locals help you. Would suggest offering a decent reward or you'll be there for a while.

Just forgot it, just reckless me I guess, that happens if you take a long pause and come back all ready except the clone ... but without saying I'd be glad to pay someone for this info or service, either leading me out or telling me where it's located so I can get someone from the other side to pick me up.

Your best chance to get out is to politely ask for help in local once you see ships on d-scan.
Just explain your situation and offer them a reward.
Most groups will honor that.

Well, it might be due to many people not basing out of stations with medical facilities.

I know of two tactical stations and one is guarded by towers (the other I'm not sure), will the automated turrets/scramblers go for pods if I warp 100 km away from the station

Towers will not auto target pods. Pos gunners can though but it's unlikely. Get tower on grid, get corp name and get off grid again.
Then it's time to see who's online through evewho and start talking sweetly to them for exit warp.
Warning : Exit may cost you dignity in the form of singing on their comms, isk sweeteners, a little begging etc or combo of all but hey you lost it all when you posted anyway so nothing really to lose.

Good luck
