+ Scanning all V
- except deviation IV
+ Covops V
+ Recon IV training to 5
+ ECM Strenth V, range/falloff IV

+ Bombs IV
+ T2 heavy missiles
+ alright shield, cap and nav skills, basic armor skills for plated falcon.
+ bs and large smartbombs trained for smartbomb rokh.
