I have a MacBook Pro and two Thunderbolt monitors. Have anyone been able to run a similar setup and span the client across more than one of the external monitors? I am using SwitchResX, but Eve only shows custom resolutions that would fit onto the built in display - so I can do e.g. 2880 x 1400 to utilize about 300 extra pixels, but any higher resolutions are not showing in the list. I would like to use more of the second screen!
