Production - Job delivery error: Fixed now!

Hi,

Today I have strange situation.

When I click "Deliver" for job with status "Ready" I get pop-up "Installation Missing - The installation containing the job to be delivered no longer exists."

This is on HI-SEC station and also on second account.

EvE Client restarted.

Please Help

Did you check if the job was actually delivered and it just failed to remove the job from the list?

Jobs are still on list with "ready" status and there is no items in "Item Hangar"

File a petition. Nothing we can do here on the forums. Or hope downtime unstucks your jobs.

Personally, I never had this kind of error before despite having done thousands of jobs in my time.

same problem here only with copying, in high sec as well and i've heard about more ppl having same issues

ninja edit: i think it must be yesterdays "patch" that didn't went so well ... must be quite delicate work to touch DB's around manufacturing/bpos/insdutry and i bet its no fun

Having the same issue in highsec. Pos time efficency research done remotely with BPO at nearby station showing the same delivery error message

Having the same issue as well, the POS is most definately still there and everything is online.

Please fix this asap as it's pretty game breaking for us industrialists.

Particularly as now my assembly/research lines will be doing nothing for 9 hours as i have to go to work so thats a fair whack of lost isk ><

Exact same problem here, manufacturing lines in high-sec refuses to deliver their result.

Having same issues. Ready jobs won't be delivered.

The jobs haven't been delivered to the station.

I too am having this problem.

I'm in the station of the job, and the relevant slots still appear in the Installations tab of the S&I window.

I too have this problem.
I'm now very reliefed that i'm not the only one and didn't do anything wrong Big smile
On the other side: I want my Jobs to be done! :P

Yep, appears to affect station and POS facilities currently.

Inability to deliver items that are Ready/Completed.

Isn't just the interface not working, jobs are not being delivered to their destination output hangers.

I'm having the same problem, of the dozen or so jobs that were ready to be delivered one has gotten stuck saying the installation no longer exists, job remains in the list and no items pop out into the hanger.

Someone been tinkering with industry ahead of the patch? What?

Same issue with my TE jobs. ME jobs complete fine, or at least appear to.
When trying to complete the TE job individually I receive the warning and the job (and BPO) will vanish from the list.

Checking in, hisec caldari station, manufacturing job. Remains in the list, but doesn't deliver anything. Same error. Support ticket created, hopefully that helps

This is broken for me too. Trying to deliver a manufacture job, no matter where it is, doesn't work. Nor do PE research jobs. Invention works though.

If this is a sign of things to come with Cirus, I don't think I want it :(
