Nightcrawler if you are ever confused about some written stuff in English I'd be happy to help you! I'm sad that you're not able to enjoy Lovecraft.. his imagination is something really quite amazing.

+1 for Imajica.

Do you fancy any Kafka? They're short but Metamorphosis and The Hunger Artist will tickle your brain.

Joffy Aulx-Gao for CSM. Fix links and OGB. Ban stabs from plexes. Fulfill karmic justice.

You want to know what I think is good reading?

Anything the precocious ms Morgendorffer would have on her bookshelf.
Seriously, you can never be to educated on the failing of humanity.

Animal Farm is good, it encapsulates the large part of social elitism on the internet.

Have you ever tried 1001 Arabian Nights? There are lots of short little stories in there with amazing plots, brilliant twists, and thought-provoking morals. They are pretty easy to read, as they use simple words. Some versions have been translated into modern English and those make great childrens' books, especially when you want the parent to be interested as well!

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Joseph Heller wrote a little book called "catch22", to this day probably one of my favorite books. Strongly recommend, would buy and read again, in fact I have.
