Game Crash / GPU?

Ok, Game Runs perfectly fine most of the time however recently this has started to occur more heavily.

When i'm in pace or in this case whenever i warped into a DED room my game would hang and procede to black screen / crash,
now this use to only happen once in a while but now it happens more frequently. Now it sounds like it may have to do with my computer and something to do with the hardware b/c its only periodic HOWEVER i can also recreate it 100% just by opening ISIS.

This morning i was running a 7/10 and i must have disconnected a least 10 times just trying to get my ship out.

I have used the repair tool supplied by CCP and it still persists which leads me to believe it is either my personal software or hardwhere, My Drivers are all up to date and im still confused as to why it is crashing.
