PI flat out sucks in highsec. Get a wormhole with a highsec static if PI is your life's dream.

CCP ignore me please, I make too much sense.

Well....if you all hail this so called "freedom" so much...why do we have high-sec at all?

Heck...lets make it all 0.0 and no NPC stations whatsoever (!)...maybe then you guys would finally be happy?

Our corporation is recruiting! We live in Caldari high-sec and do mining, missions and trading.

Sounds like a good plan! They just can't do it overnight, which is why they have to slowly, bit by bit, convert NPC handouts into player controlled resources. You know, things like POCOs.

You're not stubborn. Stubbornness is different.

Stubborn people don't whine about things in their way,
but instead concentrate on their goal.

You, though, are more of a spoiled kid not understanding how reality works,
thinking it's somehow unfair that you can't do what you want to do.

You are not entitled to get what you want!

There's really nothing else to say about this.

Welcome to EVE ONLINE. The universe definitely isn't YOURS! :)

Yes

These things will happen:

1) A drastic drop in players
2) People will eventually re-organize into new entities that will allow them to conduct their business as they see fit.
3) As the space to conquer increases exponentially, the old empires will crumble eventually.
As a smart historian said, the driving force between these gargantuan entities is the need for conquest, once they conquer everything they need or can, they begin to fragment as the fighting shifts from external to internal. It is the inexorable faith of all empires... (see Roman, Persian, Ottoman etc etc) And the cycle recommences.

So in a way what you propose ultimately would be beneficial to the game but not to CCP.

Well I was thinking that the fall of High sec would be one and the same as the fall of the Empires.

I would be genuinely fascinated to see the Grand Coalitions be able to declare war on or tacitly support the NPC Empires

I know you arent supposed to pay too much attention to "facts" in trailers, but "The Empires' grasp on power is slipping"

I want to see a Nulliance attempt to seize Amarr systems for example.

TBH no reason why they could not attempt to annex these now except they would have to use "conventional" ships to do it with.

But if the ultimate progression was allowed, there is no reason a Null Bloc couldnt end up being more or less indistinguishable from an Empire faction

And if they got the power, and petitioned for CONCORD membership, they could even declare patches of highsec perhaps.

I know, there's plenty of reasons not to but I think there is at least one reason to think about it

It would be new and unique

That's why I love this game (apart from space-ships and (pseudo-)science !!!) - you get to talk about this kinda things, while in other MMOs you would get to talk about where does the new rainbow-squirrel pet drop, who has the pinkiest cape and if the demon-butcheek-skin buckler is strong or not.

Highsec isn't about making boat loads of isk, it's just a place that you can experience the game in relative safety.

If you want better option and more isk, you can move to a different region of space or take the POCO for yourself.

Its funny though that like more than 2/3's of the total amount of players are in high-sec at any given time. I guess youre the minority then huh?

Anyway...I would be glad if the moderators could do some real work for once and remove obvious personal insults like this one...

Point is OP - if YOU are not willing to fight for what's yours - why should others care?
Take the damn POCO for yourself.
I understand that you want money in safety and peace - but then again this is the human race you have to deal with - and I don't know if you noticed but we are not big fans of those concepts unless there's some incentive in them.

Why answer it if its not (in your opinion) a valid post? Stick to the ones asking you genuine questions or suggesting ideas to support or challenge your opinion.

Also, there is a report button, you know, if you dont like what someone says to you.

No, I'm paying less tax now.

Just by choosing where I do my PI (and yes, it's in hisec).
