You may want to make use of the Rookie Help chat channel available to all new players. It is hard to ask complex questions there, but something simple like "All I have is a Pod, what do I do now?" or "I just bought something and now I can't find it?" question get answered really quickly. Feel free to add my to your watch list and ask me questions in game if you want more help.
