Id like to build one and fly the useless ugly thing (said lovingly) on sisi, but of course blueprints are not seeded, anyone have one?

I too would like to build one for teh lulz, not sure but I believe Chribba flew one during a mass test once, never got around to asking him where he got it though, he may have his own stash of those things on TQ for all I know. Shocked
