Invited James Saagh today after an interview. Within a few minutes he joined our mining group and went right after our Orca and mining barges. He did manage to get multiple kills due to this tacktic. Somewhat my fault for not checking more on his char.

Irregarless guy is a scumbag and not worth anyones looking.

Welcome to C&P.

We hope you will enjoy your stay here, and all questions must be filled out in triplicate.

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

Clearly James Saagh saw serious vulnerability in your security and decided, quite rightly, that you needed a wakeup call. Such dedication and loyalty to a corp he'd only just joined is a rare thing indeed. Consider the damage a real thief/awoxer could have done. I think you owe him an apology a maybe a generous severance payment as a thank you.

From the Crime & Punishment Rules post:

Quote:
The posting of killmails is permitted, however following criteria must be met:

a) The name of the victim must be removed or covered up
b) The killmail must be posted along with constructive text/content. This means no posting new threads with simply a killmail in it without a comment.
c) The killmail must be posted directly into the post and may not be a link to a third-party site.

Please edit your post accordingly, thanks!

There is a backstory to this that is worth knowing.

OP had it coming and got exactly what they deserved.

I will let Mr Saagh decide whether or not to explain this backstory to interested readers, but let me say this: OP was not a random victim.

Awh man, Sabriz you can't leave it like that. I do hope Saagh finds it in his heart to share.

It sounds like James has done your corp a great service. Its always best to open your eyes now when you have so little to lose, then to wait to learn this later. You should thank him and ask him if he has any advice for you to follow in the future to help avoid this issue.

There. Now they should show up when Google searched too.
Also you should post up pics of the killmails... only an older AWOX is on zkill.

I look forward to any tears poured my way for this.

It's just more financially viable for me.

There is an eve-live entry where someone claims they are AWOXers. A further look through the killboards confirms an in-corp kill involving the three. The problem is we could only link the other two to that single kill before this thread.

This could have been spun off any number of ways. Perhaps the Orca pilot was racist and insulting so they decided to kill him before they left. Perhaps the corp was planning on doing the same to them, so they figured it out and struck first. One corp kill in itself does not necessarily prove that the player has or will repeat AWOXs. An AWOXer can convince a (bad) CEO of this and gain entry into his corp.

This thread however serves as further proof of their AWOX potential. The two players named were involved in their AWOX with a third player (James), who is now being reported for AWOXing again in much of the same way. This is why I've recommended the OP posts an image of the killmail which would prove they are two seperate incidences. By linking James to a second AWOX it becomes much more unlikely that the first AWOX was anything different, thereby providing more proof against the two AWOXers mentioned.

Now let's play a game: How many times can we say AWOX in one post while staying completely relevant?

It's just more financially viable for me.

All that would matter if stupid CEOs took the time to do backround checks on pilots to find out of they are awoxers. There is no 100% way to find out if someone will awox, but I find that most of my targets don't find out about who I am, even weeks later, until I show them what an awoxer is, more fun then that, is none of them have reported me on the forums yet, like it would matter anyway, they typically don't use killboards like zkillboard either.
