Avoid Guristas missions (if you want to afk) because of ECM and missions with heavy neuting (again if you intend to go AFK). 2 small deadspace reppers perma-repping the new buffed as hell drones is enough to "drone Tank" every mission I've been in this morning. That's the Beauty of the new Rattlesnake, only 2 drones to rep plus bonus to those drones tanks.

Mid Grade Crystals in slots 1-5 = 4-500 ish ship tank vs everything and a +3% cap hardwiring in slot 6 = cap stable. Haven't lost a sentry drone yet. Bring mobile depot + LMJD for when scrammed. I really wish Smartbombs weren't such a pain in high sec because SBs would be perfect for anti-scamming npc frig work.

there is something to be said for the new rattlesnake. having only two drones means you can put remote armor reps on them and not worry too much about them getting killed. you will still have to take care of npc frigates and even with auto-targeting missiles, your launchers must be reactivated after they're empty. currently, this is about as 'afk' as it gets though.

I should buy an Ishtar.
