If they do one I really hope 2 things:

1) It is full CG and not live actors. So much more flexability with CG and you don't have to worry about ****** acting.

2) It is about the lore, books, or chronicles. NOT just about random player stories. The storyline of Eve is actually quite interesting and good, which would make a good movie. Player stories while could be an aspect, but are usually dull and not really TV/Movie quality.

A movie or TV series is a serious investment and I don't know if CCP has the fanbase to break even. Plus it's clear they don't give a rat's ass about their own lore in game...

CCP wouldnt be the ones paying for it for a start. Thats not how the industry works.

And serious, the lore is mostly complete crap, I wouldnt give a toss about it either

The players make the lore themselves. Otherwise, its just static, stagnant and painted-on.

ACT 1. SCENE 1.

The camera pans around the Captain's room on Jita 4-4.

Standing facing the screens is Captain Grob of the starship 'Voltan Fury'. He's looking intently and the screens for a moment or two giving the camera time to zoom in on his face.

Another camera shot. He turns walks to the opposite side of the room and purposefully jabs at the button on the wall. Nothing happens. He jabs again.

The door refuses to budge.

"CUT!"

Give it a rest already for fucks sake.

Wow, hold it right there, the Postal Movie from Uwe Boll was incredibly funny, and I didn't even need to be drunnk to watch it. Lol

I would actually rather see a (professional) animation film about Eve. Using our character models. I wouldn't mind if actual player content was retconned into something more immersive to the viewer either. Actually screw it. I want to fraps WiS before I want some cheap knockoff movie about a video game. And that's a serious statement, no joke.
