Clever market speculators recognise that Crius changes will make a massive difference to the relative value of decryptors.

The wise invest heavily in throughput-oriented decryptors, recognising that the presently all-important ME stat is being nerfed hard. The suckers hold onto their Process decryptors and cry.

More like Attainment and maybe even Augmentation (for certain things only of course, given that big hit to probability).

Attainment does indeed have potential but existing market supplies are smaller and more expensive; I sat that one out. Augmentation's popularity is a victim of the psychological effects of increased streakiness, which never goes down well with a large percentage of players.

Anyways I'm as invested in this market as I want to be already.

July isn't winter

Fozzie has repeatedly stated invention changes will NOT make it in time for summer, and are coming in the winter xpac

I had to search hard to find a single invention job where no decryptors is optimal.

I did find one, Warrior II. Took dozens of tries but found one.

You should read up on the ME changes before making costly mistakes. The ME stat on decryptors is being nerfed so hard that it is bleeding from orifices it did not know it had.

And he's correct, Greyscale's just been on a rampage with the extra time given to him before Crius comes out. The changes he's been making are all to achieve consistency or a better outcome for Invention with the stuff planned for Crius. Here are details on what's happening, what it means (albeit in the context of what it means to a Tech II BPO owner) and links to the posts.

It should also be noted:

People who talk about 'the winter expansion' no longer know what they're talking about.

The release schedule has changed to 10 releases a year. Not 2.

Woo! CSM XI!

Please don't store cats inside bags.
Most of them hate it.

PS
In case anyone reading this is American.
If a cat rescues your child from a dog it is logical to consider what a cat might view as a reward and what as a punishment.
As cats are unable to comprehend reward/punishment for anything beyond a few seconds apart from the behaviour you wish to encoarage/discoarage this is largely moot, but i will list a few examples.

Being fed food that the individual cat finds highly desirable but is normally denied access to eg roast chicken. would be considered by the cat as a good thing.
Playing games with your cat or petting it is viewed by most cats as desirable.

Being imprisoned in a box, driven away from its favourite location, displayed before a crowd in the middle of a field with no obvious place to hide and then having your leg manipulated to mimic throwing a baseball would in a cats mind be filed under
"worst day ever". Try and avoid doing this if you like your cat and want it to be happy.

Money at its root is a form of rationing. When the richest 85 people have as much wealth as the poorest 3.5 billion (50% of humanity) it is clear where the source of poverty is. http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jan/20/trickle-down-economics-broken-promise-richest-85
