Crime & Punishment

Like many people who play Eve, I have more than one account. Over the years I have tried PvE, mining, PvP, FW etc… I decided to try something different, and to keep a log of my activities to share once completed. I hope that those who read it find it, if nothing else, amusing. After all this is a game and if we aren't having fun, we’re doing it wrong.

My intention is to document what I have done, and provide a look into the mind of a newbie at the cheat’n’deceit game play style, which tends to be a fairly solitary lifestyle. Keep in mind that this is simply what I have done, and I am not trying to say how to play the game. As you will see this is what worked for me.

With the end game currently underway, I decided that it was time to begin posting the logs. I will be posting the logs of my progress over the next few days. To protect myself as the aftermath begins to play out; I am posting using an alt. At the end, I will post links to screen captures that prove my statements as to what (if anything) I succeeded in stealing.

Enter my other toon….the useful one.

Having never been in the same corp as my first toon, I ‘randomly’ found the corp recruitment ad and contacted them. After an initial message I joined their recruitment channel and chatted up their XO. He has asked for an API check….no worries as my toons are on separate accounts. 5 minutes later after his “background check” and I am invited to join the corp… API checks are only good at catching stupid thieves. Time to get to work….

After a few days of basic conversations, and chatter about getting production rolling, they gave me access to their hangar of materials….and blueprints. How trusting. Go team us!

This looks interesting. At least you´re infiltrating them for your personal gain and not just plain "tears"

Lol, it is currently in the midst of playing out the end game, so I thought I was safe enough to start posting..... I am hoping that the victim corp does post here....it would be a shame for them to miss out on the fun...

Don't joke....it's been a day since stuff went missing and so far alarms have not sounded....a few members are asking questions but no one is freaking out yet....
