CONCORD has declared this war invalid as it breaches one or more articles in the Yulai Convention. The war will be declared as being over after approximately 24 hours.

DAMAG Inc. would have CONCORD recognize that both the Hague Conventions and the Treaty of Paris both predate the Yulai Conventions. Moreover CONCORD has yet to fully release the Yulai Conventions in their entirety for player review and therefore, the Treaty of Paris and Hague Conventions of old are far superior in this regard in conduct of War.

In this respect, the War Debt of a mere 50,000,000, as demanded by Yulai Convention has since been paid.

The war continues, as does the policy of cruiser warfare.

What comprises contraband of war has yet to be seen.

Sir Calfis,

I am glad to report from the front that each week the cost of declaring war is growing significantly cheaper. In spite of a public bloodbath, the ideals of our cause remain strong. Arclight's operations remain contained. It was unfortunate that so many Caldari had to die in order to show the malignant designs of AOE, but as all can see, the enemy weakens day by day and our coalition grows only stronger against them.

DAMAG Inc. will continue the resistance, and warns that the areas around Venilen are Seated in the Area of War and that neutrals in this area subject themselves to Torpedo attack without Warning while Carrying Contraband of War!

In response to Tristam Xavier's (callsign "Cuckoo Bananas", btw) apparently creative mathematics as it relates to war reports, membership growth, and "containment"... to say nothing of this "Intestellar Law" he speaks of, Arclight's official response remains:

Arclight members reading Tristam's latest...

Btw, we are compiling a youtube montage of Cuckoo's exploits - it's 2 months of intel, and more then 436GB's of fraps, voice comms recording, screenshots, and chat logs - but it's going to take us while to sift through it all...

As a sneak peek, highlights include:

- Tristam posting his fits in local... yes local, and yes his actual fits not counter intel, whilst at war.

- A great bit on voice comms where in Tristam tries to convince a few CEO's of other corps to join his mega-Alliance... in the midst of his pitch, he jarringly switches over to try to sell the same people a bit-coin pyramid scam... after prattling on about this for awhile, Tristam leaves the channel as his mother is upset with him, and which point one CEO asks "Does anyone know Tristam well?"... another CEO replies "who? you mean Tin Foil Hat Boy?"

- Tristam allowing multiple Arclight agents into his main Corp, on less than 5 minutes contact - no API check, no background, no "probie" period.

- Tristam going off to create his massive alliance (currently 9 members, 6 of which are Tristam), AND PROMOTING ONE OF OUR SPIES TO CEO of his main corp... you'll notice it now sits in our Alliance as a war trophy.

- Tristam selling his Golem (which he saved up for 9 months to purchase), then sending the proceeds to the CEO of his main corp to purchase ships for his "offensive" - sadly the funds seem to have been diverted...

... and much, much, more

For those who have failed to realize it yet, I am waging War on my terms. That is to say Total War. It is a 5 legged stool: Overt, Covert, Psychological, Econonomic, and Diplomatic.

Interstellar Law is a well established practice, and you would do well not to violate it as AOE has done. The Caldari State shall see these criminals brought to justice.

The time is right, and we are ready.

P.S. Apparently, they think I saved up for that Golem. I financed "Mothra" through FFAN back in 2010, running lvl 4 security missions to pay back half of it, the rest was gifted to me. The tech ii rigged hull was for sale for 800 mil on private contracts, I wound up paying only 400 mil. I flipped that **** for 1.3 Bil, and put together an honorable fleet which was then Ganked by the so called "Anti-Ganking" Alliance.

P.P.S. Burn Venilen!

Wrong:

The minerals you mine cost you time and effort. Time and effort are equivalent to money.

AOE supports afk mining and bot aspirancy which devalues your time and your money!

You DAMAG guys seem to be having some difficulty there. Fortunately for you this is C&P, land of mercenaries. We'd be happy to help fix your problem if you throw some money at us.

I mean the crazy rambling and getting blown up coming out of you guys is super funny but really, we can make those mean people turn into blue flashes of light if you want. We even live right nearby.

Well, that might be some fun pew, but apparently... there's one small problem... Tristam is broke, and what's worse... he is really focused on his bit-coin scam - after all, "Seriously, I need to pay California back":

Tristam's Blog

Friendly advice to all, as amusing as he is - avoid contact... no clue to this day what Capt. Nutjob's issue was/is with us, but I can tell you this - he's the kind of crazy that tends to stick to you...

That said, he provides literally endless laughter and much mirth, and makes excellent target practice.
