Avoid system list?

Silly question that pop up this evening, I have a few systems on my avoid list from when I was just starting out, and a few added by mistake. How do I remove these systems from my avoid list?

Click the "A" next to the route/autopilot thing, go to "manage route" - avoidance list is in there.
