You're missing the point here, If you extrapolate the changes to an extreeme amount make an anom with 10,000BS and IF you manage to do it you get 10B isk.

What do you think the outcome of this is going to be, especialy in regions where the rats neut out your cap. YOU WILL DIE, Take 10 friends with you, you still all die. Take 10 friends with you in the fanciest most pimped out ships in the game you still all die.

isk from ratting is all about the rate at which you can kill the rats and the value of the rats. There is a tipping point between there not being enough NPCs to kill to make isk quickly and too many NPCs so that you cant kill them very quickly. He is saying that in atleast some Anomalies the changes on Sisi have pushed them over this tipping point.

90M/hour is too much in the first place. Having too much money remove the adrenaline from pvp.

And yes, incursions should be nerfed, too.

2-4 hours of work for 1 ship in pvp that is lost in seconds is a little stupid if you ask me, dont get me wrong i love pvp i just hate having to grind money..

Use hurricanes (or one of the new BC), they're pretty fun to fly, and replacing one is nothing.

1. Bring a friend
2. Shoot more ships
3. ???
4. Profit!

It's supposed to be a multiplayer game, right? Besides, what should CCP do? If they keep anomalies the same difficulty and just increase the loot that will inflate the market and fsck everybody.

yes you are right, it is. With a friend you should make more isk per hour than you do solo. After patch it wont be like that either. Again, they are making 0.0 isk/hour worse.

I thought the "point" of this change is to make 0.0 a better place to live and make more isk. This does not achieve this, in fact the reverse.

Bottom Line: They really did not consider the fact that anomalies are going to be significantly harder making you kill ships slower due to the need of much better tank. They just think "more ships to kill more isk per hour". This is just flat wrong.

How to fix: Make the anomalies have more waves, not bigger spawns, ie. not 8 battleships in the initial spawn of a forsaken hub and then have a (random? had this happen a couple times on sisi) trigger spawn 4 more bs and a bunch of bcs. I think i had something like 10+ battleships, and 10+battlecruisers/hacs. That's ridiculous to tank.

You poor kid. Go get a Carrier or something that could tank it anyway.

Also, get out of our space. Tenerfis is our playground, not yours.

I apologize, I petitioned a GM and I asked them where would be the best place to provide my feedback in the hopes that someone would actually read and do something about it. Instead of completely ignore it.

They told me and then linked me to the test server feedback. Perhaps you could pass the memo to them.

Moving all comments and responses to the official feedback thread.

they didn't change the bounty. they replaced the ships against higher valued ships. Only where it was't possible they added ships.

I would be curious where do you base your assumptions on? Did you count ships on sisi or what? Your post sounds a bit baseless tbh without more facts.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Op, are you asking for more ISK, less risk in 0.0? Go back to highsec pubbie.

Ahh the irony, You don't go on SISI for yourself to the test this. Which I have. You then say my post is a bit baseless when in reality your post is, because you did 0 testing for yourself.

I have been on sisi. I'm not saying he didn't buff the ISK:EHP ratio, he did, just like he said. I am saying that by buffing this you caused the anomalies to dish out more dps, so you have to have a better tank, and a better tank means less damage and therefore less isk. It's not that hard of a concept to grasp...

This thread should be over, moved it the official feedback thread. Until you have been on Sisi and seen the changes please dont post or talk.

For those that are lazy:

If your ships tank is not a factor in this whatsoever, then this is a buff.
If your ship tank IS a factor as in more ships are harder for you to tank, then it can be a nerf because the ISK:EHP buff does not outweigh the sacrifice of DPS for a tank. In my case, and several others, this is a nerf.

In order to achieve the intended goal of this change to 0.0 anomalies(this is my assumption that they actually meant to increase isk/hour in 0.0 anomalies) there needs to be a better balance in how many ships appear in each wave.

Good start.Lol
Keep going CCP, you are on right track, put moon goo your next target.Blink

Considering you can make upwards of 80-100 mil isk an hour running incursions in high sec, 0 risk, all day every day, and in 0.0 you cant make any money due to a cloaky AFK person or other roaming gangs, and when you are able to make money its like a beached whale trying to run a marathon. ON TOP of that, you would now need a second person on grid, to help you tank the anoms cutting the isk income in half.... in systems that WE FOUGHT FOR... you know the whole pvp thing that CCP wants us to do, but not be able to afford to do........
CCP needs to up the bounty of the rats, NOT Double to number of them.

This is the kind of person that shouldn't be in 0.0.
If a single person AFKing or roaming gangs cause you to stop making money then you really need to consider yourself if you are worthy of 0.0. Sry that CCP didn't create a perfect paradise in 0.0 for you to npc endlessly without any gangs and without anyone in local to be scared.
But i really want you to come face to face with a guy that runs low sec incursions, and we will see then how bad your incursions are.
In 0.0 you can make 1b+ per hour if you are lucky, and if you are not you probably make 250+.
You just dont know how to make money my friend and thats sad....

Btw if you cant SOLO every single plex in 0.0 except the 10/10 ones (you can solo them also if you have second account) and it looks like a marathon for you then you sadly need more skills. You are a 2011 character so sadly you DO need more skills, way more.....

I have tried a few serpentis heavens with angle tank fitted, and emp ammo ... still work out fine, even when I have to admit I had to speed tank which cost me damage. And I have to admit furthermore that the anomaly still was not worth it. LP are simply more worth than bounties or faction drops on average.

These changes were not necessarily aimed at making sanctums/havens more money but trying make the other "bad" sites up. I haven't tested havens and sanctums because I did not run them on live much so I cannot give an accurate comparison. I can however give comparison to the weaker anomalies, hubs and rally points. I *think* majority of the changes were done to "worse" anomalies like hubs/rally points. These had massive changes to them, this I have tested and verified. Which are the ones in particular I am complaining about because it didn't used to require a ridiculous tank to do them. I have posted in the designated feedback thread, Greyscale is most likely not going to be viewing this thread anymore.

i see good changes to SiSi anoms in LS and null.

i primarily live in LS so the best change for me was:

serpentis port:

used to have 5 BSs worth 500k to 800k
now has 5 BSs , 2 worth 1.1mill and 3 worth 1.2 mill.

same cruisers BCs and frigs just the BSs have changed.

definatly makes for a better SEC grind tool

The thing is, if I am doing still fine with a tank of 300 vs Serpentis because I am using angle instead of serpentis hardeners in an higher anomaly, how can this be a problem for smaller anomalies which need even less tank?

If you got now problems with your normal chosen anoms because of flying cheap ships, try to downgrade and see if you are making more isk now in "lower" anomalies because they have been upgraded too.

edit
Actually I notices that it was just a 200 DPS tank, because those said 300 dps close range would be not enough so I had to speed tank at a bit more range and could not use my nos.

Yeah I already stated I found a new "weaker" anomaly to chain in one of my other posts, it has a lot more frigs than my previous one, so in the end ill be making about the same isk probably a little less than my previous method, but it will require some complex mods, and require a lot more work.

Now you may say, why the hell do you care, you could just shut up and be fine. Well yes I could, but I would rather have multiple options so multiple people can be in the same system profiting. I dont want there to be just "one" good solo anom. Furthermore, I have several corp mates that I try to show how to make isk, they can't all afford complex mods, they dont all have the right skills to be effective in this area of space. This hurts them even more.

When you say I fly cheap ships, I don't, I find the ship that does the most dps and then strap on a tank to complete them. Yes, I tried to create a cheap setup so that people can profit in 0.0 without a huge isk investment. I have quite a bit of isk so buying a "good" ship is not a problem.
