ISIS and Starmap Mouse Scrolling

Hi there,

i have a little problem with the scrolling and zooming in ISIS and the Starmap. I often use the star/solar system map to scan cosmic signatures. Everytime i have to click a node (star/planet/site) to set focus on this object and afterwards i can zoom in. otherwise it will zoom to the last focused position and this is by default me space ship. From other programms and tools i am familiar to place my mouse cursor over the spot and zoom in and the viewport automatically zooms into this particular area and not any other focused point outside.
Same with ISIS i often look for some ships and have to scroll out, locate it and then i have to adjust the viewport again after zooming in.

The Handling of this feels like teasing me.

Maybe there is a way to change this in the settings i did not see till now.
