skills that increase ship CPU or reduce module CPU requirments

I need a very recent resource about which skills increase ship CPU output, because apparently, the "electronics" skill(+5% CPU per level) was removed(At least, I can''t find it).

Which basically means that whatever fit I try on EFT using my skills and all l5 are vastly different CPU output wise(like... 20% or so).

Cpu management, weapon upgrades, electronics upgrades, energy grid upgrades are the ones that come to mind right now that affect different modules Cpu requirements.

CPU Management - 5% CPU per level
Weapon Upgrades - 5% decreased CPU for turrets/launchers/smartbombs per level
Electronics Upgrades - 5% decreased CPU for modules requiring Electronics Upgrades (mainly ECCM, backup arrays)
Launcher Rigging and Drone Rigging decrease the CPU penalty of those rigs if you are using them.

Some ships also have specific bonuses to reduce CPU for cloaking modules, e.g. Covert Ops, Recon, Blockade Runner

Astronautic Rigging as well (for the warp speed rigs.)

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.
