Sisi launcher is corrupting my normal EVE preferences

yesterday I ran Sisi and then my normal EVE client wouldn't start until I ditched the old ~/user/Library/Application Support/Eve Online folder

Was running happily after redoing my overview etc and then today ran Sisi again, same thing has happened afterwards, and I can't seem to isolate what in the folder is bad.

:-(

EDIT: Was able to roll back a couple hours with Time Machine - yesterday that wasn't feasible because it was restoring over 1.5 GB of data (!!) which I wasn't willing to wait for. This time was only 34 MB

But maybe someone can have Transgaming take a look at why that folder gets so bloated over time... even given the cache being cleared.
