No Sound

Hello, recently logged into EVE and I have no sound. All my device drivers are up to date and my computer's sound works fine in other games, its only in EVE that it isnt working.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I've got the same problem. Happened soon after ship spinning was reintroduced. I can hear windows and other games just fine, but I can't hear EVE.

Have you tried resetting all settings? It's annoying to set everything back up, but I've had an issue like yours and it fixed it.

Actually I just figured mine out. Broomhilde, idk if this works for you but my problem was the windows audio mixer. On the task bar, find the volume icon, left click on it, and then select mixer (windows 7). What came up for me showed my speakers and system volume up, but EVE all the way down. Slid the slider up and now it works.

This worked for me...too weird. Every program but Eve had no problem....

Unfortunately this doesnt work for me. It's simply is a matter of luck thus far. I log in sometimes, sound works, I log in other times, sound doesnt work. Whatever. Thanks for the help guys.

No sound here as well. I have all the interface sounds like window clicks and locking sounds, but no sounds from wormhole flares, weapons, or other ship related stuff.

I do, however, get salvager and tractor beam sounds.

Sound worked fine before expansion.
