Client Settings Restting

Hello,

I searched around and found a forum thread similar to this but it was posted in 2012 and the solution given was "log out and log back in again" which hasn't worked for me.

Issue:

I logged in 2 days ago to find that my client settings (chat channels, window locations and sizes, neocom etc) had all be reset to the defaults. After searching and trying the log out solution several times I decided to give up and just spend a while getting all my windows etc back to the way I wanted.

I log in today to find this has happened again! I logged off for a couple hours and came back to all my windows being reset to the default size and location and all my player chat channels gone.

No I have not cleared my cash or done anything to my client settings.

Anyone got any ideas?

I am also experiencing the same issue. I submitted a help ticket awhile back and the answer I got was to reset all my settings in game. This didn't work. So I just began resetting up all my windows and overview settings after logging in each time. After I purchased a second account and found how helpful it is to have these settings saved (everything gets saved on second account) I am back and searching for a solution. Please, someone with an answer reply!
