I am investing into Quafe ships and got 2 new Miasmos today.
I didn't test if they can carry extra Quafe, but I can't see if they do yet.
I read that they used to be. In fact it doesn't. I found no difference except rarity (and value).

Edit:
I tested it and it does have a Quafe Bay (10k on the one I checked).
It fits Quafe drinks (including Booster) only.
