Mouseover HUD not displaying

I need some help...

I used to be able to put my mouse over the capacitor to see how many were left or the %, but it doesn't display any information, to do with any of my modules or turrets. I've just noticed it today as I've switched to my Venture to mine, Does the ship not support it?

I just restarted the game, it warped me back into the location and now the mouseover information is appearing, have I just discovered a visual bug?
