If I activate this timecard, can I then use this account to buy a character off forums & transfer to it?

And if so, how long after activation can a character be transferred to it?

If I remember right, you can only use it to make a new account. Could be wrong.

Anyway, I don't see any reason why you couldn't transfer another character onto that account after making it. I did it in the past for Power of 2 or whatever the promotion was at the time, made a new account via the promotion, then transferred another character over that I had been dual training.

I'm sure you could transfer immediately, but it takes CCP 10 hours to complete a character transfer after purchase.

Also, make sure you read the stickied rules on the character bazaar if you haven't read them before. Follow them too since you get protected from scams by following them.
