Yes, that is correct. On couple of previous lines you quoted from, I explicitely stated this already. You're free to pass that red light.
But if you hit padestrian in any way, you will find laws (policies) protecting the padestrian.

Actually, if it is read carefully, those people picked me with actually no reason. They were here to make fun of me, resulting one of their being deleted. I asked a question. That was it. There were actually no need to start a bar fight. They came, they join, they argue. I just watch and reply.

What I'm trying to understand is, why are they defending a possible offender without ever thinking that there might be an actual offense... I didn't need judges, I just needed a person who will point where can I find a responsible official.

How is this conversations still going on? A guy had a legitimate question about where to post a support ticket over a matter he has every right to report. CCP will make a decision about whether or not they find it rule violating, and that will be that. You guys had no need to come in trolling and have no need to continue to do so now. I get it, you don't like people complaining and think that everyone should HTFU, regardless of what their issue is. That's just not the way it works. Move on and troll the next one.

The only persisting issue here is that your prejudice is preventing your ability from noticing the logical problem. Your unstable judging is the only think persisting here. "semi-offensive", "maybe-offensive". With actually no information, you're defending the offender, coming up with rights to speech.
