Who to report?

Guys, I've just noticed a name (not giving out here) has an insult in its wording (%80 percent sure), which is my native-language's exploitation. Naturally, CCP might NOT be noticing it. Who should I report that person to?

Your native language and any of its odd permutations, have no grounds for punishment in space.
Go back to WoW if you want customer service that cares.

oh, ****, not an insult!

My fragile sensibilities have been tarnished by an internet space game! What will I do if my kids look at the holo-screen and see this insult from another language and say "Mom, what's a *****?"

I mean, I could just tell them "I don't know, but don't say it at school." or I can go on tirade about how modern culture has no ethics and it wasn't like this back in my day!

It's all of our sworn duty to crush against peoples freedoms of speech and expression simply because it makes me feel a little uncomfortable!

Just so you know, the ticket should be filed under:
Rules & Policies -> Character Names

Edit: oh and as for you other guys, it was a simple question, there was no need to go off on one at the guy. If he find it offensive, he has a right to report it, and CCP will decide whether or not to uphold the complaint.

Indeed. Also, the OP can increase his chances of getting a rush to the barricades from the collective pansies of EvE'dom by expressing to Ripard that he feels harassed and bullied by the oppressors use of language, tortured in fact. Further, he should express he is so traumatized by the verbage, that he is unable to close the other pilots Bio window and disengage, and is being held captive to viewing it... Some further might suggest completely losing his sh!t in the petition he files, indicating some form of mental break will further enhance his chances of a CCP response.
