Long-range webifier for high slot: only 25% slowing (30% for tech II), but 20km range.

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Don't like the target painter idea, just because of ships like the golem getting it's dmg application in highs.

But yeah, high a lot selection is pretty poor. It would be cool to have a few more options

+1 (billion) for high slot Target Painter.

-What about putting (fixed) Defenders into utility slots?
-Radical idea... what about a module that reduces reload time? Not sure what the offset would be, because a utility high module like this would act to increase dps. So between a Raven (7 launchers) and Navy Raven (8 launchers), maybe the utility mod would allow the Raven to have an effective 7.25 launchers or something? Would also be a serious balance issue for the Machariel.
-A module, non-stacking, that reduces heat damage from overheating?

An overheat damage reducer could be very cool I oftenly burn my modules ;-)
A R2D2 that repairs modules while you are overheating with nanite pastes!
GREAT!!!!

High slot module:
Small R2 Droid Repairer. CPU: 2 Powergrid: 5. Use Nanite Pastes to repair module while they are in use. cost twice pastes than when they are not active. 30 charges in, 45s recharge time.

And so on for Medium and Heavy modules...
