We have a poster in NBQ&A--as a reminder they cannot post here--that has a friend that wants to play with the Chinese client on Singularity, I don't believe the poster is in China, but Chinese is his first language.

Hi, friend here. He is in America, but his first language is Chinese. Is there any way to have the Chinese language pack working for the Tranquility client?
